Rajdhani Groceries & Restaurant is a family-operated Nepali restaurant, the first of its kind in the state, situated in the capital city. The name “Rajdhani”, meaning capital”, reflects its prime location. The owner, a refugee who arrived in the state in 2008, hails from the Himalayan country of Bhutan and spent eighteen years in  exile in Nepal. Rajdhani is dedicated to promoting and preserving Bhutanese and Nepalese culture and cuisine within the local community, offering a unique blend of authentic Nepalese and Bhutanese dishes with Chinese and Indian influences.
